To the left here we have Melanie Hansen with our girls on 12th November.  We had just attended a viewing of Simon and Shelley Thompson's wedding, where the girls were thrilled they were allowed to throw the rose petals over the wedding couple.  I snatched this photo in a lovely clearing with jacaranda petals all over the ground - hard to see here.

To the right we have our beautiful daughters once again.  This was snapped at Mum's place one evening after about 20 other photos where neither of them had a decent expression!  At convention they managed to meet up with another little girl their age and she is so much like them that they were mistaken as triplets.

Here is our little man enjoying one of his birthday presents.  Unfortunately, our summer hasn't been as hot as it usually is and the last time they used it they actually got cold, so they haven't begged to use it since.
Leroy began walking on 24th December.  He has been doing circle work around through our kitchen, loungeroom, dining room getting his confidence up.  Quite chuffed he can now do it without having to rush to something to keep his balance.  He takes great delight trying to keep up with his sisters - especially when they pick him up and 'remove' him to some place else - to get back 'there' at the same time they do!  A lovable lad - always happy.
Brooklyn is in the dark pink skirt - taken at Rochedale, December 2011.  The family photo was taken on Leroy's birthday.  He turned 1.  Poor little fellow had a bad rash, we'd all been sick so it was a pretty low-key affair.  I think he enjoyed the day.  The following day I spent a lot of time with the girls and I think he really felt that after having all the attention the day before.  I still have one more photo to add for the year, but as yet haven't received it from my sister-in-law.  It is of our family gathering taken on 31st December, so keep watch.  I hope everyone has a wonderful year in 2012.  2011 was a real trial for us, but we have survived and are very thankful.  Especially for convention, which we missed last year.
